Rack of Lamb


Our 7 rib racks are partially frenched meaning the rib bones are cleaned halfway (as pictured) which allows you to hold onto a clean bone while still enjoying a little extra rib meat!This is a fantastic cut that only needs a little salt, pepper, olive oil, and rosemary for a mouthwatering dinner.
