The T-bone combines the New York and a smaller portion of the Tenderloin (the Porterhouse has the larger tenderloin filet section) for a winning combo of a cut. Our T-Bone's cut 1 inch thick. These steaks are great on the grill or in a Cast Iron Skillet. Offered in Grain Finished and 100% Grassfed.
